<p><span style="font-size: medium; font-family: "times new roman", times;">Seminar inaugurated by <strong>Prof. Suranjan Das</strong>, Vice- Chancellor, University of Calcutta. Eminent Hindi Poet <strong>Arun Kamal</strong> has acted as the Chairperson of the Inaugural Session. <strong>Dr. Khagendra Thakur</strong> delivered the key note address. <strong>Dr. Subimal Sen</strong>, ex-chairperson, West Bengal State Higher Education Council was present as Guest-Of-Honour.
