( General) CBCS Syllabus in Philosophy</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: "times new roman", times; font-size: medium;">-Graduates will demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of Philosophy (both Western and Indian) and their various schools of thought.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: "times new roman", times; font-size: medium;">-They will possess advanced analytic thinking skills through proper study of Analytic Philosophy. It helps them to assess various situation sin their lives.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: "times new roman", times; font-size: medium;">-They will develop logical and critical attitude because the study of logic helps to think critically and logically. This will enable the graduates to argue in a constructive way.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: "times new roman", times; font-size: medium;">-The study of Ethics will help the Graduates to develop a strong moral character and personality: the course introduces the concepts of good and bad, right and wrong.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: "times new roman", times; font-size: medium;">-The course will enhance their communication skill and they will be able to grasp an issue from different viewpoints to arrive at a rational solution.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: "times new roman", times; font-size: medium;">-Philosophy helps them to acquire an integrated, holistic view of life and world.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: "times new roman", times; font-size: medium;">-They will be prepared for further academic pursuits or professional careers like education, media, ethicists in Business company.</span></p>
