Biography Tushar Kanti Das has been teaching more than fourteen years as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce, Naba Ballygunge Mahavidyalaya under The University of Calcutta.Prior to that, he has served as an Assistant Teacher of Commerce for a period of five years in the Parbatpur High School (H.S.), Purba Bardhaman, West Bengal. He has obtained his M.Com degree with 1st class from Burdwan University in 1994, B.T. With 1st class from K.U. in 1996 and obtained his M. Phil with ‘A –Grade’ from B.U.in 2000 .He has published many papers in some accredited (ISSN) journals on FDI,MSME, GST,CBDC, Green Finance etc. He has presented many papers in various national and international seminars and conferences
