Date: 17/08/2024 The departmental Tour
An educational tour to Indian Museum, Alipore Jail Museum and Victorial Memorial will be organised in the last week of November. The students are directed to register their names with Prof. Madhuparna Chakraborty and Prof. Swarnadeep Sen. The date of the tour will be notified later.
Date: 17/08/2024 Publication of the departmental journal Awakening
The students of the department are directed to submit articles for the departmental journal Awakening to be published in 2024. The article should be written on current affairs within 2500 words. Last date of submission- 4th October,2023.

The department will organise a students seminar on 7th December,2023 on Modern European History,CC11. The students are directed to prepare their presentation on given topics.

A students Seminar will ne organised for 5th Semester Hons. students on 24th December,2021 on Some Aspects of Modern European History. The students are directed to make presentation in groups on the topics given to them.

pamp;lt;pamp;gt;amp;lt;span style=font-size: large;amp;gt;span style=font-size: large;The Deparment is going to organise a departmental Webinar on 15th November, 2021,on amp;lt;emamp;gt;The Taliban Takeover in Afghanistan: Its Impact on Regional and International Politics amp;lt;/emamp;gt;at 11am onwards. All the students are directed to take active part in this webinar and make it a success.amp;lt;/spanamp;gt;amp;lt;/pamp;gt;/span/p
Date: 04/12/2020 Online Examination and submission of answer scripts through email.
The students are directed to follow the guidelines regarding the examination and submission of their answer scripts through email within the stipulated time. They are directed to contact the departmental teachers if they face any difficulties in this regard.
